Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

All the interpersonal interactions with staff were great! The registration kiosk has become a very long involved process with too many questions. Despite being a computer programmer by occupation I was even confused by it refusing to proceed until I scrolled to answer a still unseen question.
Great staff, great care. Thank you!!
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I was treated at Convenient Care, with no prior appointment, in a very timely manner by professional, friendly, courteous staff.
The provider that we saw, the doctor, was pretty nice. The LPN though that came in and checked my daughter into the room and took her vitals and explained stuff, asked questioned, she was... I've never run into anybody that doesn't follow the behavioral standard as much as she had or she didn't, I should say. She was just very... I don't know, kind of... I don't want to say rude, but just not professional and she was trying to correct my wording that I would say. I just... we didn't care for her at all. I don't know her name, but she was the LPN. That's it.
Yes, they just did very well.
Thank you for the great care! Dr Hajira was personable and explained everything very well.
My family always has very good and positive experience with care provided by Dr Amtul Hajira as well as nurses. As expected she treated me well and I feel satisfied.
The nurse and doctor we're both attentive and concerned.
I always choose this location for urgent care because I feel I receive the best care.
Very prompt service..no waiting.Thank you
Self check in was very simple. The check in process was very quick, and being seen by a provider was very quick as well, and I was out the door with a treatment plan that I was coming in for, and everyone was very friendly, and I felt very well taken care of. Thank you.
The doctor wanted to see my mom and the garbage giving her a hard time. They wouldn't let her in. And so does the lady behind the debt? You do it.
