Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

Dr Syed is the best doctor I've ever had. She is not only professional, she is compassionate and understanding of your concerns.
Received appointment yesterday while traveling and was delighted to get appointment with my doctor this morning.
My provider is very nice, professional, and very competent. She has been my provider for many years. I just feel, though, that in my last two or three appointments she has lost the 'personal touch' I felt I always had with her. She provides proper treatment but I just haven't felt her relaxed attention to me individually. I am thinking that Carle keeps tabs on time limits spent with patients and it has affected how she interacts. If that is so, shame on Carle.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Great appointment, had to wait awhile since the doctor was running behind though.
EXCELLENT! - As it has been for the last [##] years.
My experience was great at the facility. My call reminder was confusing . It said that Adult Medicine had moved into the new addition and to enter on the east side. They moved over a year ago and the entrance is more on the south side.
It took about 30 minutes after my MD visit was over to make future appointments--only 2 people there to take care of multiple waiting patients lined up for the 2 receptionists. Perhaps more help is needed?
I love Dr Syed!!! She is careful and always listens and answers all my questions.
Dr. Nasreen Syed has been my Primary Care Physician. She is well prepared with my medical history and recent health issues. She provides thoughtful and appropriate solutions when problems arise and she affords me the opportunity to relate present or future concerns. Dr. Syed is friendly and lightens the interaction with exchanges about other aspects of life.
Dr. SYED is an excellent doctor
Dr. Nasreen Syed is very knowledgeable, she listens and communicates very effectively.
The new wing of Carle on Curtis lacks the human touch until you finally are admitted to the inner sanctum to see your nurse and your doctor. You arrive and check in at a kiosk. The kiosk instructs you to go to your designated waiting area which is a tiny windowless niche off the corridor. The previous family medicine waiting area was large and had a television and there were many other people there waiting with you. The new arrangement makes one feel alone and isolated.
It was a very rewarding experience. Dr. Syed is absolutely the best provider. She carefully listened and provided excellent care advice which I feel confident about following. I also want to compliment Carle for asking how I want to be addressed and inserting my preference in my records. I have long advocated for this.
I've seen Dr Syed for years and she is the best! So caring and listens. The other staff has always been nice too.
I love Dr. Syed and am grateful to have her as my primary doctor.
All employees(staff) were helpful, courteous, and kind.
Dr Syed is very attentive, patient, unhurried, and listens very well.
The only problem I had was in the hallway bathrooms. Although the building is brand new and the bathrooms are accessible, the garbage in the bathroom is not. It is only activated if you are able to step on it.
Love having Dr. Syed as my primary care doctor.
Dr. Syed is a very caring, positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable provider. I always leave feeling good about my visit - even though I have medical issues.
