Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

I was in and out with no worries. The staff was excellent! Thank you for taking good care of me. Blessings to you all!

Dr. Batey provided me with excellent care. I very much appreciate his professional manner, his knowledge, his concern for my condition, and his ability to communicate his medical knowledge to me.

We were not told that it would be so difficult to get from the main entrance to this department. We could have made better plans had we been told.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

The care provided by Dr. Batey is always top notch. The wait was a bit more than I expected, however I was informed that Gastroenterology is down care providers. This should be addressed before Carle loses more top notch doctors.

I felt Dr. Batey was very good. I was very pleased with meeting him and talking to him in regards to the situation that's going on with me. He was very helpful and I really appreciated his concern I would definitely recommend him to anyone else. Thank you.

My Pharmacy needed to follow up on a prescription and we haven't gotten a timely response in regard to the prescription I was given. Thank you.

Dr. Andrew Batey was very hard to understand so I felt that I could not ask questions and just wanted to leave since I could not understand him when he talks.

Very pleased with visit

Everybody was just wonderful!! Dr. Batey was very easy to talk to and he gave me good information on my liver.

I was supposed to have a procedure scheduled, I thought, before I left the appointment, and it's been a week, and no one has still contacted me to schedule that procedure, and I've sent my Carle messages, and no one has still gotten back with me. So that's all.

On the scale of ranking that I just completed for the nurses, I meant to give them the highest ranking, and I'm afraid I ended up giving them the lowest ranking. On the provider, Dr. Batey, I felt that he didn't pay attention to the fact that I really wasn't on a medication, and when I had the next test he told me to stop taking that medication. I wished he paid more attention to my previous health history and the current drugs I was on. Thank you.

The medicine the doctor body prescribed to me was too expensive and I did not get it. Thank you anyway.

My general Dr faxes test results every 6 months. Yet Dr Batey is always searching for them... I feel like, no matter what the care he cannot all to me during my appts because of no records. I do feel this is a Carle issue and not my regular clinic issue, I no problems with any other Dr receiving the test results.
