Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2002
My only feedback was that I was diagnosed and being treated for pneumonia, and given the option of having a piece of paper saying that I was excused from work on that day, and I didn't think about asking when I could return to work, or how long I should be off work, or be contagious. So I would have liked a little more information about that. I was also told that I would need to do a follow up chest x-ray to make sure my lungs were clear. However, I was never given an x-ray in the beginning, so they wouldn't have anything to compare to. So that was a little confusing to me. Otherwise the nurses were great, and the doctor I had one more question when she was walking out, and she stopped to listen, and answer my question. So that was, that was good too.
I was very impressed with my care what I learned and what I'm supposed to do if something doesn't go, right.
Dr. Bailey was particularly good and took care of all of my concerns and was very very pleasant. My accolades to go out to her. Thank you.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Doctor Bailey was extremely friendly, caring, and listened attentively to my needs.
Doctor was fine. The nurse was fine. But the guy at the front desk was just rude. He was on the phone when I first got there talking to somebody. And then when he hung up, he said great now, it's another problem I have to fix. And I was standing at one window, and he went in sat the next didn't ask me to tell me to come over anything. He just sat down. So just thought he was pretty rude and specially kind of rude when he was asking for my information. So, thank you.
Dr. Tess Bailey is the best! She listens and appears knowledgeable.
It didn't take long to get in and out.
Detailed information was explained carefully and completely.
I was very pleased with the provider during my visit. She was very kind, non-judgmental, and very understanding. I really appreciated it because I was having a rough day and was in a lot of pain.
Staff were courteous, friendly, and showed concern.
Staff was very welcoming and appeared to be competent and thorough.
I came in to be seen for what I was pretty sure was an early stage sinus infection(turns out I was right). I was seen promptly and treated like an actual human by everyone I saw. Both the nurse and doctor I saw were excellent and efficient and friendly to boot. I was impressed with how smoothly the whole process was and quite grateful since I really didn't feel well at all. Thank you to the whole staff.
I phoned Carle to make an appointment for intestinal pain. No one even answered the phone. My husband called the Walk In center and I talked with a nurse giving my symptoms and pain level. She could not find a doctor or P.A. available. So I went to the walk in center. I was seen quickly by Dr, Bailey. She was very thorough and did extra research because of my problems taking antibiotics.
Fast, great care. Very satisfied
