Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

The lack of time and the doctor and the nurses were allowed to spend with me.

09/01/2019

I was at Carle Clinic for 5 days and I was treated very very well by the nurses, doctors, and the people that came in to clean the room, and everything. Everyone was very kind and considerate to me. Thank you.

I was treated very, very courteously and my bells were answered as soon as I pushed them.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

No complaints about my Dr. Hampton & her CNA. They both show concern & compassion regarding my medical care!

Dr. Hampton is always very attentive and caring.

Dr.S.Hampton excellent doctor! Great asset to carle clinic & hospital!

06/03/2019

Dr. Hampton is great. Very involved, very thorough and knows her stuff.

When I checked in the nurse, or the receptionist, didn't relay the information that I need a prescription for my C PAP machine. That would be a 0.

Dr. Hampton always goes above and beyond anything expected! She gives her all and then some more. If she were not my doctor I would not be alive. To say I am s very complicated case is an understatement! Not enough space to tell you all the areas of my life she has touched. She is so smart. Remembers to ask about my family (and remembers all 10 of my kids, what's going on, my husband our business, and what matters most to me.) She knows how to recognize what's not right, when others would have no clue. (She notices somethings not right( high sugars) finds out Rx too expensive not getting, and she always finds a way to get you what you need.) As you can tell I appreciate Dr.Hamptons dedication to her patients. If all doctors gave there all like she does I bet they wouldn't have extra commitees, or other stuff going on because they would be would out! Thank you to Dr.Hampton for treating my whole being neglecting nothing!

Dr. Hampton is one of the two best primary care physicians I've ever had in my life.

Sometimes the information regarding whether Dr. Hampton has gone to Labor and Delivery is a little behind, but how lucky that someone gets to have Dr. Hampton deliver their baby. Yay for them. Thank you for all you do SCFM. You all are great!

I am so glad I am one of Dr. Hampton's patients.

Dr. Hampton was thorough and kind. An excellent doctor.

03/25/2019

Dr. Hampton is always interested in me personally as well as in my health issues. Friends of mine tell me that their physician only looks at the computer and seldom at them. I think Dr. Hampton manages to make eye contact with me frequently during my visits and is still able to do what she needs to in order to document my concerns and look up labs, etc as needed. I look forward to being her patient for a long time to come.

I'll be back!

01/30/2019

Dr. Hampton was very understanding and helpful, and even sent me extra information after my appointment. The nurse that checked me in asked me my height, instead of measuring me - which isn't a huge deal, it just seems lazy. So again, not a huge deal, but it didn't impress me very much.

The interaction between the nurse & myself was fine. I think the world of my doctor. She listens to me & has great answers or helpful ways to accomplish to be healthier!
