Sometimes you need a quick answer to your healthcare questions, or someone to help you decide what Carle service to utilize. This is where the Patient Advisory Nurse (PAN) line can help all Carle patients, and our community.

Open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week, this service connects you to qualified nurses who have access to your health records and can recommend the right care at the right time.  If your symptoms can be treated at home the nurses will provide care advice and precautions so you know when to call back.

PAN staff members cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat illnesses or injuries. This line is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for diagnosis and treatment by a health care provider.
