This support group provides a place to connect with others who are also going through loss, share memories of the person who died, learn about the grief process, and explore new ideas to help you cope and heal. We use articles and resources from authors who specialize in grief. A packet of information will be provided to you to help facilitate discussion.
Mostly Monthly meetings are on Wednesday evenings and we meet from 6:00-7:30pm. We are meeting at 4116 Fieldstone Rd., Champaign. It is the Carle Health Administrative Building off of Staley Rd and a block north of Springfield Ave. Please enter the main entrance adn there will be signs posted to direct you to the meeting room. Parking is directly in front of the building and is well lit.
