About this event
Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance abuse disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide intial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.
This program is supported by the McLean County Mental Health First Aid Collaborative and the McLean County Health Department. Fee is $12 and includes the manual, snacks, lunch and course materials.
