Regardless of your fitness level, we have a group fitness class designed for you. From low-intensity water workouts to more challenging cardiovascular and strength training classes, we are here to help you reach your fitness goals. All group fitness classes are co-ed.
Tuesday: 9 to 10 a.m.
Dive into this cardio and conditioning class that incorporates the latest and wettest aqua based exercises into a joint friendly, high energy water workout. Experience a tidal wave of water exercise that combines aerobic and resistance intervals. Water shoes are optional and class is held in the therapy pool.
Monday and Friday: 4:30 to 5:15 p.m.
Take your Zumba workout to the water with this 45 minute class that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind experience. For all exercisers, beginner to advanced, who want a fun filled, calorie-burning water workout.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:30 to 10 a.m.
Improve strength, endurance and joint flexibility with this lower impact class that includes cardiovascular and strength training. Enjoy a technique drive total body workout designed for even the most novice exerciser.
Monday - Friday: 10 to 11 a.m.
Get in the water and improve activities of daily living. Enhance cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, range of motion, flexibility and balance through soothing movements. These classes are perfect for individuals who have arthritis and/or are just beginning an exercise program. Classes are held in the therapy pool.
Tuesday and Thursday: 12 to 12:20 p.m.
Join this 20 minute high intensity interval training class to make the most of your lunch break. Full body workout for all levels of fitness.
Tuesday: 9 to 10 a.m.
All fitness levels are welcome to join this low-intensity modified strength training class. Benefits include increased muscle mass, strength, flexibility and endurance. Participants also experience increased self-esteem and an improved quality of sleep.
Total Body Circuit
Tuesday and Thursday: 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.
This high intensity interval class mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training in a way that will test your dynamic fitness. We want to keep you guessing and challenge you differently every class!
Total Body Resistance
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
You won't be able to resist this class that is designed to improve your overall muscular strength and endurance. Each class will focus on full body resistance training. All fitness levels welcomed.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 12 to 12:20 p.m.
Rain or shine, meet in the Atrium lobby by the front doors for this 20 minute group walk!
Thursday: 9 to 10 a.m.
Get active and have some fun during this one hour class where we bring volleyball to the water! All levels welcome.
Women on Weights
Thursday: 6 to 6:45 a.m.
Improve strength and endurance during this 45 minute full body resistance training class designed for women. All fitness levels welcomed.
