This free support group provides a place to connect with others who are also going through loss. You’ll be able to share memories of your loved one, learn about the grief process, and explore new ideas to help you cope and heal. We use articles and resources from authors who specialize in grief, and we provide these in advance so you can prepare for the discussions. The group is open to all grieving adults who have experienced a loss through death.
We meet the first and third Thursdays of the month, March through June.
